What You Own, and What You Don’t
Tokenized stocks and ETFs give you economic exposure to the price of an underlying share or fund. You do not own the share itself: the token is a claim against its issuer, backed by the underlying asset the issuer holds. You are not a shareholder of record and have no voting or other shareholder rights. Any entitlement to distributions is as set out in the issuer’s terms.
Products accessible via the Bron interface are issued by third parties, including Ondo and Midas, which set their own eligibility and terms.
Value can fall as well as rise; tokens carry issuer and liquidity risk and are not covered by any deposit or investor protection scheme.
